NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AND THE PARTICIPANT'S SKILL. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR WHERE REGISTRATION OR BONDING REQUIRED. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS.

Promotion Period.

This promotion (the "Promotion") begins at 12:01 am Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on June 9, 2026, and ends at 11:59 pm GMT on July 19, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). All participation must be during the dates and times specified in the Promotion Period, and Sponsor will make the final determination of timing of entries in its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded based on the number of points earned during the Promotion Period and are subject to all terms and conditions set forth herein. Points are earned by predicting successful football match results and answering cybersecurity-related questions.

To enter the Promotion and be eligible for prizes, you must be a resident in one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Japan, Sweden, Spain, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Canada and the United States of America. You must be age 18 or older, not be an employee or contractor of Absolute Software, Inc. or any of its affiliates (collectively, "Absolute") or be a family member of someone who is an employee or contractor of Absolute ("Participant"). Participation is void in any jurisdiction where this Promotion is not allowed by law.

Participants will accrue points for each of the following activities (each, a "Contest Action"):

• Participant correctly guesses winning team/draw and correct score = 5 points
• Participant correctly guesses winning team/draw but not the correct score = 3 points
• Participant answers cybersecurity-related questions correctly throughout the contest = 3 points
• Participant guesses incorrectly = 0 points

The maximum number of points a Participant may earn during the Promotion Period is 550.

Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the permissible number of entries by using multiple/different email or addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all of that Participant's entries and that Participant shall be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor will make final determination of the identity of Participants in its sole discretion.

Sponsor may announce other prizes or opportunities to earn additional points during the Promotion. Sponsor shall make the determinations as to whether any Contest Action qualifies, and Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Contest Action for any reason.

Prizes.

All prizes will be sent via email by Sponsor's marketing agency partner, Bull Marketing.

Participants who are ranked in the first through tenth places on the leaderboard will win Amazon vouchers of the equivalent currency for their respective country:

1st place = £250; 2nd place = £200; 3rd place = £150; 4th place = £100; 5th through 10th places = £50.In the event there are Participants tied and such tie or ties result in more than ten top-ranked Participants, a decider question will be asked to determine the top ten Participants.

Except as provided below, no substitution, assignment or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. Should the winner be unable to accept a prize, it will be awarded to the next person drawn at random. Except as otherwise required by law, each winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize.

Winners.

Sponsor will notify winners by email and/or by other means consistent with the promotion within approximately ten (10) days [ER1.1]following the selection of winners. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner's failure to adequately monitor any account.

The winner must respond to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days. By accepting any prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may publish winner's first name, last initial, and country of residence for the purpose of announcing Promotion results, on the basis of Sponsor's legitimate interest in demonstrating the transparency and fairness of the Promotion. Winner may object to such publication by contacting Sponsor at privacy@absolute.com, in which case Sponsor will use an anonymized identifier.

Any further use of a winner's name, photograph, likeness, or biographical information for marketing or promotional purposes beyond the winner announcement will occur only with the winner's prior written consent, which the winner may decline without affecting prize eligibility. For residents of the United States and other jurisdictions where implied publicity consent is permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to Sponsor's reasonable use of the winner's name, city, and state of residence in connection with this Promotion.

Canadian residents selected as potential winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance in order to be declared a winner.

Conditions of Participation.

By submitting an entry for this promotion, you agree to abide by these Official Rules, and any decision Sponsor makes regarding this promotion, which Sponsor shall make in its sole discretion. By participating, you represent that your participation does not violate any of your employer policies and that you are permitted to participate. In addition to its rights available at equity and law, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or winner who, in Sponsor's reasonable suspicion, tampers with Sponsor, Sponsor site, the entry process, intentionally submits more than the allowed number of entries, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Disclaimer, Release and Limit of Liability.

SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION OR RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE. EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND LINKEDIN AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES AND EACH SUCH COMPANY'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.

If for any reason Participant's entry or record of completion of any of the Contest Actions is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant's sole remedy is another entry in the promotion, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance or completion of the promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

Privacy and Use of Promotion Information.

Data Controller. Absolute Software, Inc., 520 Pike Street, Suite 2100, Seattle, WA 98101, is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data in connection with this Promotion. For data protection inquiries, contact privacy@absolute.com.

Personal Data Collected. To administer this Promotion, Sponsor collects the following categories of personal data: name, email address, country of residence, and Promotion activity data (predictions submitted, points earned, and leaderboard ranking).

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing. Sponsor processes your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

• (a) Administration of the Promotion (including verifying eligibility, tracking Contest Actions, determining winners, and delivering prizes): the legal basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), being the agreement formed when you enter the Promotion under these Official Rules.
• (b) Compliance with legal obligations (including tax reporting and responding to regulatory inquiries): the legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• (c) Publication of winner information (first name, last initial, and country of residence on the Promotion leaderboard or winner announcement): the legal basis is Sponsor's legitimate interest in demonstrating the fairness and transparency of the Promotion (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Winners may object to publication by contacting Sponsor at the email address above, in which case Sponsor will use an anonymized identifier instead.
• (d) Marketing communications: only with your prior, explicit, opt-in consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent to marketing is not a condition of entry, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Sponsor or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing communication.

Data Recipients. Sponsor may share your personal data with: (i) Bull Marketing, Sponsor's marketing agency partner, solely for Promotion administration and prize fulfillment; and (ii) Amazon (or its local equivalent), solely for the purpose of delivering prize vouchers. These recipients process data on Sponsor's behalf and are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

International Data Transfers. Your personal data will be transferred to the United States, where Sponsor is based. For transfers from the EU/EEA/UK, Sponsor relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as applicable) to ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data.

Data Retention. Sponsor will retain your personal data for a period of twelve (12) months following the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).

Your Rights. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the following rights under applicable data protection law:

• Access: the right to obtain confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed and to request a copy of that data;
• Rectification: the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected;
• Erasure: the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where you withdraw consent;
• Restriction: the right to request that processing of your personal data be restricted in certain circumstances;
• Portability: the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
• Objection: the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests; and
• Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact Sponsor at privacy@absolute.com. Sponsor will respond within one month of receiving your request, as required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Confidentiality Warranty. Each Participant warrants that the entry and information provided do not contain information considered by Participant or any other third party to be confidential, and that the entry and information provided do not violate any laws or regulations.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE PROMOTION ARE GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE IN SEATTLE, WASHINGTON. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS RULES OF ARBITRATION ("ICC RULES"). THE ICC RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN WASHINGTON. ANY SUCH CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM WILL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND WILL NOT BE CONSOLIDATED IN ANY ARBITRATION WITH ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY OF ANY OTHER PARTY. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.

List of Winner(s).

Individuals may request the name of the winner by submitting a self-addressed stamped envelope no later than 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period to Absolute Inc., Attn. Absolute World Cup Digital Predictor Game, 520 Pike Street, Suite 2100, Seattle, WA 98101. Vermont residents may omit postage.
